Bev has been such a great rental manager for us. She always answers the phone and is prompt with repairs that need to happen in the house, for the tenants and owners sakes. I haven't worked with her to buy/sell, but I have for management and I'm so grateful. I honestly couldn't do it without her. Being a rental manager is a hard business, and in my opinion, people are lucky we have anyone who even wants to do this hard work in such a small town. Imagine if no one was willing to do it?
