When originally had unit installed they tried to charge me for $1250 pump that I had supplied. The following year $750 in charges just to come 3 different times, not including service charge, within 2 weeks and still wasn’t working. Then tried to double charge one of the bills and had to argue that and prove credit card transactions. Very shady business and very poor customer service. The on-site techs were nice enough people is about the only thing I could say good about them.
