Tried out a 9:00 METCON class for the first time & the vibes did not disappoint! The energy was high & everyone was very welcoming! Although I was dying during the workout I had so much fun!! Overall great experience , very positive atmosphere & I will definitely be back !
Great amenities for a drop-in; shower, sauna, cold plunge, nice shirts for sale. The coach was thorough and provided good tips for the movements. Will drop in again when back in town.
Jerryl and the Black Goat fitness team are all excellent coaches. Even in large classes, they focuses on individual needs and still provide a fun and challenging environment. Best group fitness classes in the area by far.
Instructor and people were very encouraging and welcoming. Had a great time!
