The residents are very confrontational. I was helping my sister move out of there they could not have been more rude. We had someone who was a minority helping us. I believe this is the reason they treated us so poorly and I am talking about the black forest in new Brighton, Minnesota.
I've been living here with my partner for nearly a year. He had asked the office multiple times to change something about his mail and they took a while and it hasn't been resolved unfortunately. (Edit: I've reached out via email this time rather than going up to the office, and we think the issue is fixed.)
