It seems like every week the people in Unit 245 increase the bass levels of their speakers/subwoofer. Can feel it as much as I hear it now. If they were normal neighbors I’d just go talk to them, but I’ve heard lots of violence from that unit in the past, so that’s not really an option.

The residents are very confrontational. I was helping my sister move out of there they could not have been more rude. We had someone who was a minority helping us. I believe this is the reason they treated us so poorly and I am talking about the black forest in new Brighton, Minnesota.

I've been living here with my partner for nearly a year. He had asked the office multiple times to change something about his mail and they took a while and it hasn't been resolved unfortunately. (Edit: I've reached out via email this time rather than going up to the office, and we think the issue is fixed.)
