Shop here if you like to be feel ignored and like thin air. Worst experience ever. Went with my spouse excited to renew our wedding rings ahead of celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Got ignored in the process completely. If I asked to see different colour combinations of their stones it was like I didn't exist. Every questions to try understand what parts of custom made jewellery we can control was shut down. Unbelievably bad service.
We had the BEST experience with Asha & the team at Black Finch. They are beyond talented but also super lovely, helpful and patient during the process of custom designing (in our case-an engagement ring) & I now have the most precious and stunning ring on my finger to prove it I would 1000% recommend them and definitely go back to them in the future. Thanks again ladies 🫶
The gorgeous handmade jewellery caught my eye as I walked past the shop front. I had been considering another piercing to make my trio more interesting when all I was really after was something more unique. I absolutely love what we picked out. It worked well with what I was wearing AND I can still sleep in them all. It was exactly the fresh look I was imaging…probably better. I catch myself being impressed with my new look!
Purchased a sapphire cluster ring as an engagement ring for my (now)fiance! I live interstate and have never been to the shop itself - went off reviews and their website etc. The communication was really good and the girls were all super helpful. They even sent an independent valuation for the ring. It was all done professionally, timely, and we are very happy with how the ring turned out! Can highly recommend Black Finch.
