I am very disappointed with the experience at Black Feather Psychology. During my son’s session, the therapist chose to speak with his father about his care without my son’s consent, taking up the majority of the time that was meant for him. While I understand that therapists may encourage input from both parents to assist with care, my son is 13 years old and at an age where his privacy and consent must be respected. Warm, professional, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Black Feather Psychology and their team to anyone struggling with their mental health.
The staff they once had made this place what it is. Now it’s clear it’s a money-hungry, all for profit business with no compassion towards their patients or their treatment. You’re unlikely to even get a reply from this place , just go somewhere else
Can't really attest to the quality of service delivery as I've left two messages for someone to call me back so that I could make an appointment for my teen daughter. Nobody has called me back in a week. It doesn't bode well for my kid who is struggling with her mental health when a psychology concern can't even get a simple job right such as returning a call when we reach out for help. Shame on you.
