Disgusting service. Psychologist was unprofessional, dismal display of professionalism. For a service dedicated to helping and understanding they fall woefully short. Be ready to be ripped off by price as well.
I am very disappointed with the experience at Black Feather Psychology. During my son’s session, the therapist chose to speak with his father about his care without my son’s consent, taking up the majority of the time that was meant for him. While I understand that therapists may encourage input from both parents to assist with care, my son is 13 years old and at an age where his privacy and consent must be respected. Warm, professional, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Black Feather Psychology and their team to anyone struggling with their mental health.
The staff they once had made this place what it is. Now it’s clear it’s a money-hungry, all for profit business with no compassion towards their patients or their treatment. You’re unlikely to even get a reply from this place , just go somewhere else
