Black Eyed Susan catered for a wedding that I was working. For perspective, this wedding is my 465th wedding, so suffice to say, I've had a lot of catered meals. This was hands down the absolute best experience I have personally had at a wedding. The hors for cocktail hour were incredible with a brisket egg roll thing with collard greens and was just amazing.
