We booked 3 days of day trips on the 55 person bus. Alex was amazing! He made each one of us feel special and his personal attention pushed the trip from okay to amazing. His patience with all us "old ladies" and our one little cowboy was over the top. Thank you!!! I hope I get a chance to visit the west coast again, because I will definitely use Black Exclusive again.
Driver is very reckless, almost ran us off the road. Called the company to report this and requested to speak to the Safety Director, they hung up the phone. I will be reporting it to the DOT.
