I tried to get their subscription through a Groupon deal, and received bad customer service. I never received my subscription that I paid for, never received one magazine after three months of waiting, and non valid contact information on Black Enterprise that does not work (email or phone number). Groupon even told me they got in contact with someone at Black Enterprise and that they would be calling me in 3 business days. I've received poor customer service from the New York office marketing director and the human resources manager I paid for a 10 month subscription in May and haven't received any issues yet, when I called and emailed to get help my calls and messages weren't returned. Each time I called back I received false promises that never happened. I was denied contact information to the Chicago office to try to get help.
