RecommendedIn 1992, a much younger Phil S. Dixon travel to Manhattan in New York City and was pitching my new book. I stopped at the office of Black Enterprise magazine. They had never heard of me and surly didn’t know me, but allowed me to present my work. I guess they were impressed by my gumption! They eventually ran an article about my book.
