The staff and service at Black Duck were absolutely 5 stars, really friendly and helpful. But fitting their products has been a nightmare. There were no helpful instructions included, and the fitment process was far more difficult than it should be. Great people, but the installation side really lets the experience down.
I had an outstanding experience with this business, the service was excellent from start to finish, and I especially want to highlight Karen, who went above and beyond to make sure I received my product in a timely manner. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly dedicated to helping me. Thanks to her efforts, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business
Left my bloody window down the other night. Absolutely pissed down. The plastic window dressing helped stop a lot of it but still got out in the morning and had a literal puddle on my seat. Great. Seats gonna stink going to have to give it a real good clean. Soaked up the water, took the Black Duck seat cover off. Woohoo. Seat was bone dry. Didn't realise the covers were made like that. Excellent customer service from black duck from ordering to keeping me posted on how the order was progressing with prompt postage as soon as they were made to order. The olive green color looks fantastic and the seat covers were a great fit. Looking forward to many years of protecting the seats on my pride and joy. Great Australian company.
