We’ve used Black Duck exclusively for a number Of years now. Great service, great people and very reasonable.
Palmer inspected our chimneys, patiently explained his video, and returned the following week for needed repairs. He also inspected our home for suggestions on a future gas insert and explained how to remove and replace our screen for DIY painting. The following day I contacted Palmer for same-day service when our roofers found a section under the chimney flashing that needed additional work before completing the roof work.
