We were not greeted upon entering which is fine. What is not fine is that the older woman made us feel like we were bothering her. We told her we were new to looking at engagement rings. We needed to be sized and then wanted to look at some options. She said everything was custom made. We said okay and asked her to size us again which she did. I absolutely love this thumb ring I bought last week from Black Dog Jewelers. I originally went in to find someone to polish some of my old Sterling necklace pendants (which Susan ended up doing for free) and couldn't help but purchase something, because everything in there is so beautiful! I also got a really good deal on the ring. I can't wait to go back and browse the other jewelry and treasures she has for sale!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Black Dog Jewelers. My fiancé proposed last Saturday and sadly the ring was a size too small. The owner is wonderful and had my engagement ring resized and on my hand within a matter of days. So very glad I decided to come here!
