I came home to a flooded basement after a sprinkler valve burst and immediately called Black Diamond Restoration. They showed up in about 30 minutes, which was such a relief. The damage was pretty bad, but they got to work right away and handled everything so quickly. Super professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They honestly made a really stressful situation way easier. And my basement actually looks better than it did before. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a mess like this!

The house that had water damage on October 3, 2025 - it’s now been 5 months and they have stopped replying to messages, phone calls, etc. They were to remove the floorboard, dry out the wall then comeback in a week out the floorboard back on and we would be good. They lost the floorboard!!! They don’t know what their employee did with it. We waited patiently for several months as they tried to find a matching floorboard to install.
