The house that had water damage on October 3, 2025 - it’s now been 5 months and they have stopped replying to messages, phone calls, etc. They were to remove the floorboard, dry out the wall then comeback in a week out the floorboard back on and we would be good. They lost the floorboard!!! They don’t know what their employee did with it. We waited patiently for several months as they tried to find a matching floorboard to install. I can’t tell you how blessed I am! Nobody was was available in my darkest time my moms grandchildren! I spoke to Nicole, she said it’s okay and walked me through the process. It’s so hard when you feel your world is flipping upside down and then they show up. They hit everything thing needed to get me feeling okay, I had my water back and I can not wait to get my rebuild done. They truly care about everyone!
