Called three times in a row, rings twice then picks up and hangs up. After reading reviews of the shoddy workmanship of the trailers it's probably a good thing they did hang up!
Bought this new trailer from black diamond, I emailed them pictures about these screws coming out and the trim inside the trailer separating at the plywood seams! Black diamond emailed back stating that they need to contact manufacturer and I haven't heard back in 7 months! Trailer is a 2021 just a heads up
