Everything did not go as planned. The marble cracked, the dishwasher leaked, the sink was too big. But Erika and Gennisey made it right. Everything was fixed and the quality of the marble is outstanding. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Stone. They’re a good local company, who’s price was better than all the others.
You can’t get a better company to do your countertop installation and fabrication. As a contractor with all high end clients…Black Diamond is my go to for each and everyone. You won’t be disappointed with them…
All in all, I’m very pleased with my experience at Black Diamond. They made the process very smooth and tirelessly answered all of my many questions throughout. When I didn’t find quite what I wanted at their slab site nor another local stone dealer they worked with, they sent me to MSI in Norwood, which has their inventory online and viewable.
