Took delivery and installation last week from Black Diamond Spas. Great product, the hot tub is in my view the best spec you can get on the market for the price. Also went for the air source pump option which is fantastic to reduce running costs. I spoke to a couple of more local retailers and none of them offered an air source pump option, so fair play to Black Diamond for being at the forefront of the industry in offering that. Bought a spa and heat pump from their showroom in chesterfield. Ollie was great in helping us pick the right one, explained everything well and arranged a delivery with the hijab truck. Grant and Jaime delivered the tub and lifted it over a very tight gap between our house and garage and in to position. The carefully got the hot tub in to position and began the heat pump install. Very pleased with Black Diamond Spas We had a great experience from placing order to receiving our hot tub. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Delivery team were polite contacting you before delivery, very helpful and explained everything on how to use your hot, great service. I would definitely recommend to any friends.
Great experience from the company - worked with Jake to understand how my hottub would get into my house/patio, then Ollie to confirm delivery photos/videos the finally Grant & Ant who installed the hottub then explained everything about how to run it. Seamless experience and signing up to their service plan for maintenance.
Had our hot tub delivered last week over the moon with it, delivery from Grant & Ant was exceptional, went the extra mile to fit it in. Been in it every day. Fantastic service. Thanks 😊
