First class from Blackpool Diamond. All questions helpfully answered by Ollie and the tub installed on arranged date by Grant and Ant brilliantly. Full demonstration and all questioned answered before they left our home. First class end to end and highly recommend.

Great experience from the company - worked with Jake to understand how my hottub would get into my house/patio, then Ollie to confirm delivery photos/videos the finally Grant & Ant who installed the hottub then explained everything about how to run it. Seamless experience and signing up to their service plan for maintenance.
Took delivery and installation last week from Black Diamond Spas. Great product, the hot tub is in my view the best spec you can get on the market for the price. Also went for the air source pump option which is fantastic to reduce running costs. I spoke to a couple of more local retailers and none of them offered an air source pump option, so fair play to Black Diamond for being at the forefront of the industry in offering that.
