We were looking for houses in the Crivitz area. Our realtor had set up appointments to see several houses (we lived over an hour away from the area), in the area and one of them was being sold by this company. The realtor advised us that Black Diamond does not use a lockbox on the houses it sells and that he would need to go to their office (a half hour in the other direction) to get a key to see this property.
