1 star cuase i can't give a minus one.. Service is the worst, but they love too bill you outrageous amounts for WORST kind of service ever seen in country.. Need another company!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Power has been off in the entire town of Mullens for 24 hours. No repairs done to get our power back on . It's first of the month, just bought a months worth of food, all ruined. They best reimburse us . Also there is no way to report outages after they close . What kind of BS BUSINESS IS THIS? WE MOVED HERE TO RETIRE. OBVIOUSLY A HUGE MISTAKE.
Poor customer service. Employees are lazy and slow to respond to any request for service. Say they’re “busy”, but often seen standing in the parking lot talking. Vindictive against customers who complain. Hold customers “hostage” for utility service because they can (only business providing service in the area). Double standards for customers they know vs customers they view as “nobodies”.
