There crooks don’t see how my power bill Is over 250 every month for a less then 1000 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with two lamps an two tvs they are a fraud an need to be looked into!

I recently noticed on the ink spill can barely read bill that they frown upon paying my bill via DOXO, while not offering any modern payment solutions themselves. I figure the reason is, they don't want any 3rd party proof of their skeevy billing practices. When it's our word against theirs, there's not much we can do, but once DOXO has sent a payment, and made record of how much and when it was sent as well as if they cashed that check...well then.
