Amazing service, Brian was very nice and helpful when I had questions. He also did a great job on my pool making it spotless! I would highly recommend!
First of all what a great business, they are responsive, on time and the best thing they get the job done. They don't mess around or charge anything extra than what you need, they are also very communicative when it comes to questions about your pool/spa! Overall a great experience and I will be using this service for as long as I can.
10/10 for Service and Communication, I have went through multiple pool&spa businesses and I must say this is the best of them all! They do fast and reliable work, they always get the job done in an appropriate amount of time and are very knowledgeable when it comes to both pools and spas, as well as service and maintenance. Would recommend to anyone!
I called multiple companies before ending up with Black Diamond. He was able to squeeze me in at the end of the summer after my pool was completed. He answered all my questions.Did great job cleaning, closing the pool, and was actually less money than other competitors. Thanks, look forward to opening in May
Very great work, fixed a leak in my spa within a weak of calling and now does maintenance for my spa aswell. Very communicative and great work for the price, would highly recommend.
