I started using Black Diamond River Cities in March 2025 for tick control. In previous years, I tried DIY methods to control them, but would still see up to a couple ticks per week. So far this year, not a single tick has been spotted since using Black Diamond for monthly applications. Highly recommend!
I've used Black Diamond for ticks this is the 3rd year and the first time I used them the technician did a fantastic job and I didn't need a treatment last year!! So this year I noticed they were back and coordinated with them to treat when it wasn't raining almost daily and I splurged and had them treat for mosquitoes aswell, that was 400bucks plus I tipped the guy's 50bucks ea before they got started, I have approximately 1acre to treat and they were finished in about 30 minutes and I thought that was pretty fast consideri... read more
They were great to begin with but sent me notices for bills I’d paid. Scheduled appointments but would no show and still try to bill me. Felt compelled to share after reading the previous review starting the same issues. The business has stated they tried to contact me several times but I had no other contact with the business after I confronted them about my issue.
FIRST CLASS Experience from start to finish! GREAT communication and EXCELLENT customer service! We needed an inspection for a refinance of our home. They were prompt, professional, and did a perfect job for us, at a VERY reasonable price!
