They were great to begin with but sent me notices for bills I’d paid. Scheduled appointments but would no show and still try to bill me. Felt compelled to share after reading the previous review starting the same issues. The business has stated they tried to contact me several times but I had no other contact with the business after I confronted them about my issue.
FIRST CLASS Experience from start to finish! GREAT communication and EXCELLENT customer service! We needed an inspection for a refinance of our home. They were prompt, professional, and did a perfect job for us, at a VERY reasonable price! I was a customer for a few years. I always had issues with the folks in the office. Each year I was with them they would send me a bill that was incorrect, then call me after I got the right bill and paid they I would get a call to tell me that I didn't pay it. I ultimately had to provide my canceled checks to get that part resolved. The folks that actually did the work at my house were good.
