Becca was utterly brilliant - so thorough, careful and informative every step of the way!
We had a horrific ant infestation!! Jordan with Black Diamond Pest Control came to our rescue!! Seriously, Jordan was the most passionate and professional pest control person we have ever experienced, and I have been a REALTOR for 40 years dealing with a lot of pest control people for clients and personally for us. Becca was polite and asked if we had any concerns. She then explained what she was doing today. When she had finished, she checked back with us before she left.
Becca went above and beyond to help us! She happened to arrive right as a random bird had flown into the house and helped for ten minutes til we got it outside! She was very thorough with the regular treatment too even though it was getting late.
Rebecca is amazing — she explained everything clearly and did a thorough job and made sure to include extra treatment and monitoring measures before the spring hits!
