I had a wonderful all-around experience with this company. They came out the same day within 2 hours after me calling three other companies who either told me they didn't service my area or didn't return my call. The technician was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. He did an extremely thorough job as well and reassured me that if there were any issues they would be back, to just call and let them know. I haven't had service this good in a long, long time so thank you so much for being an exceptional company!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and especially our service provider, Billy H. Major props to the supervisor who called me himself, spent 20 minutes on the phone patiently answering every question I had, giving me confidence in the procedures, and even gave me his personal line should I have any additional questions. We used Black Diamond from 2019-2025 for mosquito treatments. There was a significant culture shift when the old manager, Amanda, left but we wanted to give the new manager a chance. However, since that management shift we had to have them come back between nearly every treatment because the product wasn’t working due to improper application procedures.
