We used Black Diamond because a house down the street used them for their driveway and we were impressed by the quality of the work. After initial contact they sent someone out rather quickly to give us an estimate. We were not sure of doing the project until our project manager contacted us and offered to send us digital renderings of the job. After seeing the rendering we contracted with them. We had a fantastic experience working with Alan from Black Diamond Landscaping on our front yard. Our project involved removing an old deck and replacing it with astroturf, as well as tearing out an old walkway to install new pavers, and the results are fantastic. Alan was incredible to work with. He stayed completely on budget and actually found creative ways to stretch our money so we could get a little more out of the project. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. We recently hired Black Diamond to install driveway pavers as well as create a wheelchair accessible ramp and deck/porch area. The work required moving sprinkler valves and installing lighting. All aspects of the project met or exceeded our expectations. While we worked directly with the Project Design Specialist - Ron Geronimo, the entire team was open to feedback, hardworking, and diligent. Ron G and his on-site team lead by Omero did a great job! Ron communicated with me on each step of the process. I happened to be out of town on vacation while the entire project was completed. Ron kept me informed with extensive photos and timing. It was fantastic coming home to the finished product.
