Finally we finished the front yard hardscape installation project. It took us a year from planning to executing. No construction project goes on time and without waiting for the missing materials. We are glad it's all over. Thanks to Elton Pang clear communication and follow through and his Ruben's crew is on par. They listen and address all the issues we came up with.
Working with Sahar was a wonderful experience. She was professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating throughout the process. Just had our backyard upgraded by Black Diamond Paver Stone & Landscape. They did a beautiful job and we are very happy with their work and the experience. Our Design Specialist Elton Pang and the Installation crew with Forman, Giovanni and his crew were very professional and very hard working. We had our backyard designed through Bacqyard and were referred to Black Diamond Pavers from there. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Our designer, Sahar, was incredible—she met with me in person, walked me through the entire process with clear presentations, and kept everything on track. The paver team led by Sahar and Alfredo executed the vision beautifully. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the whole project was completed in under 3 weeks—just as promised.
