We had a great experience working with Steve Turner on our design consultation for our space. Unfortunately we were not able to move forward with the work because we are on a well system and we could not do the work without potentially compromising that system, which was disappointing because we were really excited for the design. We used Black Diamond previously for our pavers, and they just finished our new front yard design. Elton Pang did an excellent job designing the space, and Jose and his crew were incredibly professional and quick to finish the installation. Everyone involved in the project did a great job communicating with us from start to finish. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend them!
Black Diamond just finished installing pavers in my driveway and it was a top shelf experience from start to end. They provided the most comprehensive estimate of all the contractors I had engaged with including drawings with slope markings and worked with my arborist on mitigating tree roots from a nearby Redwood what was the source of my buckled asphalt driveway problem. Our Project Design Specialist was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and dependable. He had good suggestions and excellent follow-through. Best of all, he came to oversee the project everyday the workers were here, and sometimes even more. Steve Turner handled an unexpected circumstance responsibly, easily added a change order we requested, and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.
