I have worked with Lacy V. 2 times in the last 2 years and she has been incredible. A consummate professional, timely, informed, and always prepared. She’s easy to work with, has a friendly yet professional demeanor and strives to listen to what you’re looking for yet provide experience and expertise to the situation. There is no hard sales pitch, just incredible customer service. I cannot recommend Black Diamond Pavers and Lacy highly enough.

Amazing designer and sales rep. I never leave reviews anywhere, but this person deserves a shoutout. I was in the market for a medium size backyard and met with multiple sales reps for getting quotes. For Black Diamond, I got Lacy Valenzuela, who stood up outside my house with a face that looked like she was visiting a friend. She was really the only person who took the longest in my bare backyard and walked with me listening to my wishes and plans.
