No words to express how wonderful this company is! Gabby is an angel on earth! My sister and nephews were stranded at the Charlotte airport after a debacle with a rental car. I called Black Diamond Limo and within 45 minutes, they came to pick them up and drove them to Greenville, SC. I booked the Black Diamond Limousine CLT for our YMCA First Thursdays Club's Beloved Ball (Prom). This group and event are for special needs adults. The whole booking process was easy and communication was great. Our Driver was excellent! She was friendly, helpful, and professional.
