Brandon Holder, from the Black Diamond HVAC team, stopped by for a free check and clean of my A/C system. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service. Since I’m a new homeowner, I didn’t realize that he would need to use the thermostat to really complete the A/C test. Mine was old and I’d been putting off installing the new one. Furnace stopped and house temp had plunged. I made one call to Black Diamond. A tech responded and was at my home in 40 minutes. Identified problem and fixed in short order. Price was very fair. I would recommend Black Diamond to anyone with a HVAC need.
