Black Diamond really came through for us while other companies had alot of excuses. They presented all the options well, and gave us a great price on some well needed maintenance for our system. John and Mike are good people that are easy to work with and personable. They are our "go to" HVAC company now! If you are looking for some help with your HVAC, I recommend just giving them a call and having a conversation. I was really glad I made that first call.

We are very happy with Black Diamond. On late Friday afternoon, we realized our AC unit was broken. This was after a week of over 10 hot days during an extreme summer heat wave. Mike promptly arranged for a Saturday morning service call with John, who was very professional and early. Even though it was scheduled for 8-10AM, John came at 7AM and was done by 8AM! So impressed.
