Not only did the stylist show up 30 minutes late, the hair is not looking crisp at all. Hair was pulled while stylist was on the phone and left looking worse than when he came in for his hair to be braided. We drove over 2 hours to have a good stylist do his hair before our wedding this weekend and it looks rough. We also ended up missing his hair cut appointment because she showed up late. I am hoping we get a full refund and an apology. The service was not great nor was the final result.

My daughter is very picky and this is the only place she likes!! I take her here for box braids often and they always come out perfect!!

The braids weren’t braided all the way and are uneven.

Black Diamond did my braids which were medium notless and I loved them they actually stayed in place for 3 months and a half. It's a little expensive but it was worth it cuz it only took her 3 hours to do it
