U-Haul/Black Diamond dropped my reservation two days before pick up and Black Diamond could not have been ruder about it. Never reserving from this location again.
My rental truck was ready and waiting when I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Truck was extremely clean and the customer service was top notch. The woman working (my apologies for not getting her name) was super friendly and helpful. Will always choose this location if I’m in need of a U-Haul!

I found this place over eight years ago. I met the owner, Brian, very knowledgeable of diesel motors when it comes to all my vehicles. I will never bring them anywhere else and feel the security. I do when I bring them to Black Dimond.
