*BEWARE,BEWARE, BEWARE... of Black Diamond Flooring. Shady business. Full of promises that are not fulfilled. Rips off the floor installer by not paying for the work done even though the happy customers paid in full. Update: How funny that you can respond to a review but you ignore phone calls, texts, or emails. Until the thousands of dollars owed to the installer is paid in full this review is completely accurate.
Jake and black diamond flooring have disappeared and after getting paid can't be reached or they won't return calls or emails. Our house is half done and it's been a month since it was started. Don't call black diamond flooring you will be sorry. Jake is great at the start but can't finish.
We paid for flooring and installation 3 months ago and nothing has been done. Jake ignores calls, texts and emails. Buyer beware!!
Best place and prices for flooring, the guy that works here is very nice and helpful. Dont go anywhere else for flooring. We got some rubber type flooring and he gave us a great deal and the floor turned out so wonderful!!!! Great business, love this place and will be back for all our flooring needs
I called them for service of a carpet installation they did for me, but they decided to ignore me when I told them that the problem may be related to an workmanship issue. I called them multiple times but they are not returning my calls. ------------------------------------- What Black Diamond Flooring stated in response to my original review is simply not true.
