Emily offered to look at and hopefully repair my sunglasses… just the day prior, a technician at the other Black Diamond location told me they were unfixable. After a little TLC and a few tries, Emily was able to get me back into my favorite sunglasses. FOREVER GRATEFUL!
All the examination staff were lovely, and Rob, who helped me find my glasses style, was wonderful and very patient with my indecisiveness. I love that they do not rush you and are there to give honest help and opinions.
I had a great experience at Black Diamond Eye Care. I walked in to make an appointment and Jo El was able to get me in right then. Highly recommend.
