This place offers Fashion, knowledge, and a level of care from beginning to end! It’s rare to find this level of care anymore and I’m so glad Dr. Ortman and his team have been the ones to care for my dad through all of his eye surgeries and issues and eyewear!
I really like Black Diamond Eye Care. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with Dr Putnam. She is very caring and takes plenty of time to address concerns and provide me with great care.
Love Black Diamond Eye Care! From all the girls in the front to assistants to Dr. Putman, who I use, they are all easy to work with, thorough, understanding and explains everything. I used them for 8 years and I am completely satisfied!
Had a very poor experience at the Castle Pines location. Out over $500 for glasses that I cannot see out of. Lenses were adjusted twice but unable to wear the glasses at all. Bad return policy. Very unhappy!!!
I'm a new patient in Castle Rock, after my eye exam I ordered new glasses for my old frames. The lenses do not seem to be correct and my eyes were bothering me after working all day on the computer. I tried to address the issue by booking a follow up appointment. The appointment was made for Castle Pines due to the CR office being closed.
