Have given them a lot of business including install and maintenance at multiple properties, but when you really need them for service in hot weather when your AC isn’t working, they aren’t there. They are fine pushing you out as far as they need.

Professional through and through. I asked them to install a 240v outlet in my garage. They reached out to me by phone and through the Thumbtack app; very personable and professional. We discussed my needs. They sent an electrician out for a site visit and we talked through some options. I found their pricing very agreeable and reasonable. Definitely recommend them for electrical needs.

I hired Black Diamond to do some electrical work for a basement and bathroom remodel. They did an outstanding job on the project overall. They dedicated adequate staff resources to complete the job in a timely manner. They maintained their patience and integrity despite some unforeseen oddities and unknowns affiliated with the preexisting wiring in my home. Their driver hit my trailer while trying to pass me on a tight street then came out of his truck screaming at me demanding I move. He was extremely aggressive and unprofessional.
