Adrian and Jackson from Black Diamond replaced our entire sewer line, which ran across our front yard and extended to the opposite side of the road. They worked diligently and carefully, navigating numerous utility lines and often digging manually. Dylan was our technician during a recent visit when our AC went out and he was absolutely incredible. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand for someone non-technical like myself and he was very transparent about the options on the table of how we could achieve the desired outcome of getting the system back up and running. I am writing this review on Christmas Eve because our brand-new upstairs HVAC system failed just days after installation by Black Diamond. We have been forced to move our family, including a small child, downstairs, completely disrupting what should have been a peaceful holiday. This is the second time we have worked with Black Diamond, and I regret giving them another chance. “We had an appointment today with Black Diamond Experts to scope the kitchen drain at my widowed neighbor’s home. They scheduled us between 8:00–12:00. We heard nothing all morning, and then at 1:30 they finally called to say they would not be coming at all. Completely unprofessional and incredibly inconsiderate of our time — especially given the situation. We will absolutely be finding someone else.”
