I am writing this review on Christmas Eve because our brand-new upstairs HVAC system failed just days after installation by Black Diamond. We have been forced to move our family, including a small child, downstairs, completely disrupting what should have been a peaceful holiday. “We had an appointment today with Black Diamond Experts to scope the kitchen drain at my widowed neighbor’s home. They scheduled us between 8:00–12:00. We heard nothing all morning, and then at 1:30 they finally called to say they would not be coming at all. Completely unprofessional and incredibly inconsiderate of our time — especially given the situation. We will absolutely be finding someone else.”

Have given them a lot of business including install and maintenance at multiple properties, but when you really need them for service in hot weather when your AC isn’t working, they aren’t there. They are fine pushing you out as far as they need.

Professional through and through. I asked them to install a 240v outlet in my garage. They reached out to me by phone and through the Thumbtack app; very personable and professional. We discussed my needs. They sent an electrician out for a site visit and we talked through some options. I found their pricing very agreeable and reasonable. Definitely recommend them for electrical needs.
