So the issue is the tire shine feature NEVER WORKS You all know this but don’t tell the customers If you advertise this as part of the package you should inform the customers If you don’t bring it to the attention of the staff you will NOT get the tire shine I purchased a membership for the executive wash therefore tire shine is included however I always have to ask someone to physically shine the tires This is not good business! I do like the wash itself but I do brushless

Prices are cheaper on line. They offer no rags, no bags, and it's $2.00 if you want to use their matt wash.The fact that you pay$35.00 a month and there is a fee for that. I go often, pulled in yesterday and 2 vacuums were broken and not sucking at all. There was trash all on the grounds. Just all around unkept and not clean. I called the # on line to inquire about the washes, I never got a call back. I go up there and walk inside, waited and no one was around to help.Not looking to good you guys.

Best car wash and interior clean I’ve ever gotten! The workers were so kind and attentive. I will definitely be back!

0 stars but it makes you put at least one.. My Jeep was super wet after the blowers, the washing didn’t do squat for my windshield to clean it off, the alleged tire shine was completely missing and when I was telling the worker my complaint while I was trying my best to use the air compressor to get soap and water off my windows and the cracks he stayed on his cell phone and went inside.

Better priced and does a better job than the pit stop carwash. But the main reason for the 5 stars, no nagging associate standing at the kiosk trying to sell something!
