Great car was. Automatic drive through as well as 6 bays for self was. We did a big wash and I the total was $14 lots of pressure, all the water was hot and lots of soap. Recommended for a good wash, also they have a truck bat for large rigs, RVs and trailers.
Google said open till 8pm on Sunday. Drove from Okotoks…7:45 closed. Annoyed.
Went through the auto wash (Grand Caravan) and was quite unhappy with the results. The bottom half of the entire vehicle was still dirty. (this was just road film, not mud) Never noticed until we got home. Went back and showed Aiden the situation. He was very polite and offered to run it through again. I suggested I'd rather use the wand wash (didn't think we were going to get a different result using the automatic a 2nd time). He said no problem, and I left with a clean van. Went tonight to use the automatic carwash. The spot-free rinse was not working so I informed the guy in charge. He told me he knew about the issue and followed by a blank stare. No apologies or a simple offer to wash off the paint protection spray. This is the second time I have to deal with this fella with zero customer service. Last summer my car was still filthy coming out the automatic wash. I informed him of the issue, hoping he would look into it and address the concern.
