Counter top ovens need more and more toasting time as it ages. Six months is not uncommon.
I purchased a 4 slice toaster maybe a year ago. And it's not working now. I called customer service this morning and they said it's out of warranty. But I thought they stand by there brand to keep people SATISFY with their product 👎 FALSE.. I have to pay $7.50 for shipping and handling for something I paid $49.99 for and now not working.. I brought products from other well known companies and the product stop working and they send you a replacement with NO PROBLEM..
