This was my first time using a Black Car service in Los Angeles and I can't say enough about the level of service we experienced from Samer and his team. The communication was next level and the attention to detail was over the top (even Disney toys for the boys). The kindness, cleanliness, conversation and comfortable ride were 5-Star and I highly recommend Black Crystal Transportation if you're in the Los Angeles area and want stress-free Transportation.

We used Black Crystal Transportation for our trip to Disneyland. Samer is amazing! When I first booked, I received a text soon after on the question of which car seat I needed. I was so impressed. I received notifications of our upcoming trip, again the day prior with information. The day of to provide info of where we would need to meet. Last January I decided to give a car service a try for a trip to Disneyland. I was tired of renting a car and paying for it just to sit at the hotel and I didn't want to hassle with Uber. I heard about Black Crystal Transportation through a Facebook group and decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! Samer and his team are top notch. We couldn’t have been more impressed and grateful for the service we received. Everything was easy and quick. Incredible car seats provided for our kids. Mr. Samer was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, and thorough. He will do anything to help take away any stress or hassle with your trip. Please, do yourself a favor and give him a call, especially if you’re flying in with kids for a Disneyland trip. You will be so glad you did.

My samer was definitely a rememberable part about our trip we had. It was my first time out to california and he made all of us feel welcome and felt like he cared about making sure we were okay. We were stuck a few extra days due to the storm and he even made arrangements to come help us get to the airport the next day and tell us what food was around for the next hotel he took us too.
