We recently took a family vacation to Disneyland and chose Black Crystal Transportation for our airport transfers—and we’re so glad we did! I used Black Crystal Transportation during my recent corporate visit to Anaheim, and also for leisure travel during my visit to Disneyland. The service was punctual, professional, and very comfortable. The drivers were courteous and familiar with the area, which made both the business and leisure segments of my trip smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Anaheim for work or vacation.

Amazing experience! Samer was super communicative, we knew what was happening every step of the way, and also very friendly and accommodating! He made the transportation part of our trip flawless - provided car seats and water and made us all feel at ease. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you guys so much, again!

We booked Black Crystal based on the Facebook recommendations noticed by our daughter and they were not wrong! We arrived very tired into LAX and Samir was waiting smartly dressed in a suit with an iPad displaying our names so it was no fuss finding our way to him. He took all our luggage and took us to the very impressive black air conditioned 7 seaters. he had water, chargers and the aircon was very refreshing. Could not have had a better experience! High quality service all the way. Beautiful and clean SUV with water available. Was flexible with some unique planning I had for my trip. So polite and professional. Great customer service skills. Highly recommend.
