⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sammer with Black Crystal Transportation was absolutely amazing! The personalized service from start to finish really made the experience special. The Star Wars-themed vehicle was such a fun touch, especially for my kid. They had an iPad to keep her entertained, cold waters waiting for us, and even Star Wars masks and lightsabers! Sammer was incredibly helpful with all of our luggage and made the entire ride easy, comfortable, and fun. It was so much more than just transportation. You can tell a lot of thought goes i... read more

Highly recommend using Black Crystal Transportation!! It was so easy to book, we had great communication along the way. Samer (the owner and our first driver) was amazing and had waters ready for all of us, a show playing for the kids, loaded our bags and stopped at Target for our order pick up. He was so friendly and kind and helpful. The car seats were installed properly when we got picked up and the car was clean. Samira was our driver on the way back to the airport and she was also great! Show ready, waters ready, she lo... read more

We had a great experience with Black Crystal Transportation for our trip to Disneyland! Our driver, Samer, was amazing. We greatly appreciated his recommendations for our current and future trips as well as allowing us to stop at Target on the way to our hotel. He was great to talk to and very friendly with our son. The car was nice and clean and they provided the car seat for our son. We 100% recommend Black Crystal Transportation and will be using them again for future Disneyland trips!

Booked for a multigenerational family trip to Disneyland, highly recommend! Samer was an excellent communicator and very accommodating when our arrival plans changed. Everyone was impressed with the service we received. It was so nice to not have to worry about LAX traffic at the end of our trip. Will be booking and recommending Black Crystal for any future car service needs in the area!

Samer was perfect! Picked us up promptly. Car seats were very clean and installed correctly. He was very pleasant and had water for us. He had so many good reviews I was worried he couldn’t live up to the hype. But he really did. I only booked a trip from the airport to our hotel in case I didn’t like him. But since he was so great, I booked the return trip as well. I am saving his number for the next trip!
