Highly recommend using Black Crystal Transportation!! It was so easy to book, we had great communication along the way. Samer (the owner and our first driver) was amazing and had waters ready for all of us, a show playing for the kids, loaded our bags and stopped at Target for our order pick up. We had the BEST experience with Black Crystal Transportation, it was such an amazing feeling not worrying about transportation on our surprise trip to Disneyland for our daughter's birthday. Samer (the owner & driver) picked us up and the meet & greet by baggage claim made our kids feel so special (and Mom & Dad too!). He even had birthday balloons for our daughter! Highly recommend if you’re an anxious parent when it comes to using car seats that aren’t yours for your littles on vacation! I found BCT Limo from a recommendation in a Facebook group and I am so glad I did. We never travel without our kids car seats, but when I spoke with Samer during booking he assured me that not only does he use top of the line seats, but he sanitizes them and replaces them frequently, and has back up covers on hand if anything happens. Best Executive Service transportation I have ever had. I used their service from SNA airport to the Disneyland Hotel round trip. Very professional, friendly and punctual. Vehicle was immaculate. Communication before and after was perfect. I will only be using Black Crystal Transportation in the future. I hired Black Crystal Transportation for our recent Disneyland trip. They were kind, friendly, and professional. They met us at the baggage pickup when we landed at SNA (they also pickup at LAX). The meet and greet is an extra cost but it was worth it since we have littles. (They also have complimentary car seats.) We then did our Walmart grocery pickup. (Arranged ahead of time).
