Highly recommend using Black Crystal Transportation!! It was so easy to book, we had great communication along the way. Samer (the owner and our first driver) was amazing and had waters ready for all of us, a show playing for the kids, loaded our bags and stopped at Target for our order pick up. Highly recommend if you’re an anxious parent when it comes to using car seats that aren’t yours for your littles on vacation! I found BCT Limo from a recommendation in a Facebook group and I am so glad I did. We never travel without our kids car seats, but when I spoke with Samer during booking he assured me that not only does he use top of the line seats, but he sanitizes them and replaces them frequently, and has back up covers on hand if anything happens. We had the BEST experience with Black Crystal Transportation, it was such an amazing feeling not worrying about transportation on our surprise trip to Disneyland for our daughter's birthday. Samer (the owner & driver) picked us up and the meet & greet by baggage claim made our kids feel so special (and Mom & Dad too!). He even had birthday balloons for our daughter! We had a great experience with Black Crystal Transportation for our trip to Disneyland! Our driver, Samer, was amazing. We greatly appreciated his recommendations for our current and future trips as well as allowing us to stop at Target on the way to our hotel. He was great to talk to and very friendly with our son. The car was nice and clean and they provided the car seat for our son. We 100% recommend Black Crystal Transportation and will be using them again for future Disneyland trips!

Booked for a multigenerational family trip to Disneyland, highly recommend! Samer was an excellent communicator and very accommodating when our arrival plans changed. Everyone was impressed with the service we received. It was so nice to not have to worry about LAX traffic at the end of our trip. Will be booking and recommending Black Crystal for any future car service needs in the area!
