They get the ‘worst customer service’ award this year! They don’t answer their phone, they don’t email you, they don’t respond to facebook messages. But what they do is take your money, i placed an order on October 18th for which they immediately received that payment of $118.00, still can’t get my order. They told me 10 days ago that my order would go out early last week, still no order, still no contact as they continue to completely ignore me! Disgusting way to treat your customers! Don’t give them your money!

Love the candles, sprays, and tarts. I am disappointed that after paying $17 for shipping I’m told it can be up to 2 1/2 weeks for shipping (already been a week).
