Great place to live…close proximity to dollar general and a marathon gas station..reasonable travel distance to stores such as Walmart Meijer kohls and petsmart on maysville rd…management is amazing and works with you as long as you work with them…the trailers may need some work done but the lot rent is affordable and this is a great place to raise a family
The mobile home park is very friendly and peaceful. I love it here :)
One of the most affordable communities around, great place to start fresh, also affordable to the ones in tough situations, Diner, dollar general, and a gas station around the corner, That being said, it is an older mobile home park, that's lacked proper management in the past, community is improving by the day, and the negative reviews, probably have been evicted. Overall, great area, with an attentive manager.
