My name is Onur Demir. I had an appointment at Black Creek Community Health Centre on November 26. When I arrived, the front desk staff told me that the person responsible for my care, named Fardowsa, on vacation and that She would not be able to see me. The way this was said felt almost like they were making fun of me. I have been dealing with mental health issues and had been waiting one month for this appointment. I am a new customer and I only see positive things in terms of follow-ups and responses to my concerns. You just have to come on time to get good service and also be polite at reception.
