Carolyn is an excellent person, very professional in her job and super informative . She helps me with the eye exam during my pregnancy and everything went great each time
Very Rude front desk ladie, she called to tell me that I had an appointment with them ,when I arrived they couldn't find me in the system, the secretary started yelling saying that I didn't have an appointment, then yes,but supposed to be in a month, I called (45 minutes waiting ) to cancel the appointment and the date wasn't same than my , them they ask me which appointment I want to cancel?🙄because they had scheduled two more appointments on different days and I didn't know. no one asked me they just scheduled the appoint... read more

Very supportive and empathetic. Since I have been with them (less than a year) I have accessed or been made aware of Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist, Social Worker, Case Management, Addictions and Harm Reduction and a Dietician. Because all services are centralized both physically and by computer it is very easy to get referrals. Can't say enough good things about BCCHC. They also have drop in in programs, check it out! Fully accessible and because it's in a mall you also have Nofrills, LCBO, Rexall and Dollarama. Literally... read more
