Wells Fargo Bank was handling my father's and mother's trust and over 10 years ago invested in Dividend Capital. WE have been trying for over 8 years now to cash out that investment with no luck and Dividend Capital continues to hold that investment. My father and mother have both passed away now and even though Wells Fargo has sent them death certificates and requests to liquidate their holding in Dividend Capital, we are still waiting.
