Milked my mother out of her retirement. It's been a year and a half and he still hasn't finished the job he's started. Constantly lies. Always says he will be there and never does. Not quality work either.

Weeks/months with no work. Full of excuses. Poor quality work. The up front talk is good, really good. But once you find out what you are trusting to build your home, you will regret your decision. Don't fall for it like I did. Zane Rogers, the "business owner/contractor ", doesn't even hold a contractors license. The license for the business is held by another individual in Moncks Corner and he probably has no idea what goes on under his license. Unlike most contractors, this guy is a dream crusher, not a dream builder.

First things started pretty good, but once home started, things went downhill fast. Communication slowed , work slowed down, mistakes were happening left & right. It got to the point we showed up to the site daily. Then there would be weeks of no work. Several times we even paid to get supplies so the guys could work, even though we had already paid already.
