Awful wax and awful customer service. I've emailed 4 times and no one has responded. The wax does not melt and when it does finally melt, when you apply it it just breaks. The smell isn't the best and honestly it doesn't take off much hair in comparison to my Amazon wax. I tried being professional and email first but they don't reply so DONT BUY THIS WAX. Stay away !!
So far the Plumeria mixed with the Kai wax is MY ALL TIME FAVORITE!!! love the thick, creaminess and smell of both. Plumeria smells like baby powder. Used these to do a Brazilian and was amazing!!! Can't wait to try the others

I had such an amazing experience with this company. I ordered my was 11 days ago and emailed them on day 11 asking for an update on my order. USPS said they hadn’t received it from the company. When I told them about what I was seeing on my end, they instantly sent out a new order for me and expedited the shipping for me. They were so kind and got it taken care of within about an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service team! They also have the best wax I have used personally and professionally to top it off.
This is the best wax I've ever used at home. It grips the smallest of hairs and spreads easily and thinly. Im really impressed with the quality of this wax and Ill absolutely be buying it again. It smells great as well. 5 ☆ from me.
