Ritchie is the man
Waited 40 minutes before anyone even asked if I was there for an appointment or walk in, then they took walk ins who came in after me, before me.
Be very cautious booking with Zay. He no shows / no calls more times than he is there. We have been booked multiple times via the Booksy app and he doesn’t honor the bookings. We text him and he says he’s not working. It’s bullshit that this is the continued service provided by Black Castle barbers.
I booked an appointment online with the system that they make you use with a barber that I liked the last time I was in. I showed up and apparently that guy is off today. Why make client book through a system if it doesn’t work? Never going here again
