Absolutely terrible service. Not only was our ride almost 30 min late to pick us up (bride and groom) but when the wedding coordinator tried to call, no one answered, and we were never informed. Then the entire way home, our driver brighted people, almost ran several stop signs, answered a call from his wife ect. Extremely unprofessional. We took video of him tailgating and flashing his lights because it made us uncomfortable. Horrible service for our ride home after getting married. Outstanding, Excellent, Superb! I could keep going on and on about the service we received from Roger and Black Car Service! From the initial call to Roger to the many changes we had he was a delight to work with. The car was beautiful and exceedingly clean, he was not only on time but early. In addition after his last drop off he texted to advise they were home safe and sound! I use car services on a regular basis, none as great as Roger and Black Car Service.
