my friend just purchased a car from this place BAD. She purchased an extra warranty so that she could take the car to her mechanic, who said to “return the car” Then she arranged to return the car,,, but salesman said that a family member was in the ER and that he could not meet her until 6:30 pm. It ended up being that this was AFTER the 2 day that the car could be returned. She’s being stonewalled to get her money back. BAD BAD

A family member purchased a used car from this dealership in San Jose on 11/11. It was advertised as a "clean clean" vehicle that "only needed an alignment." The price was $4,000 cash, not including taxes and fees. THE FRAUD & SAFETY ISSUE: Immediately after purchase, I took the car to an independent mechanic for the alignment. A nightmare. Unprofessional.
Terrible place!!! Beware they sell terrible illegal cars. So many things went wrong when choosing this dealership I will forever warn people not to choose this place. Not only did we have an appointment set to have the promised work done on my contract and not only was nothing fixed they gave terrible customer service and took parts out they didn’t fix any of the problems the ac unit made a ticking noise which they where supposed to fix and they didn’t fix it the noise is still there what did I even drive all the way out to ... read more
