THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS!! They are scammers, and had me PREPAY for a vehicle I never received! I reached out 4 times and they never provided me a confirmation!! SHADY WORKERS DO NOT RENT !!! Thief’s!!!

They will never return your money and have you in a piece of JUNK! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! they suck you will be upset and out of your money

What I have experienced from Black Car Rentals is they are always on time with the rentals and their luxury line of cars are extremely comfortable and reliable. Their customer service and support is phenomenal. And most of all they are always willing to help you with getting adjusted to your luxury car if you don’t have the experience. Overall you won’t be disappointed when doing business with this company I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
