Disclaimer: Reposting my friend’s review of my brother’s experience at this dealership. SO BAD, I had to submit another 1 star review!! A family member purchased a used car from this dealership in San Jose on 11/11. It was advertised as a "clean clean" vehicle that "only needed an alignment." A nightmare. Unprofessional.
Terrible place!!! Beware they sell terrible illegal cars. So many things went wrong when choosing this dealership I will forever warn people not to choose this place. Not only did we have an appointment set to have the promised work done on my contract and not only was nothing fixed they gave terrible customer service and took parts out they didn’t fix any of the problems the ac unit made a ticking noise which they where supposed to fix and they didn’t fix it the noise is still there what did I even drive all the way out to ... read more
DO NOT RENT! They rent out junk cars, and do shady business! They hide, and delete honest reviews!! They also scammed other people since they had access to their bank account information!! DO NOT RENT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!
