Had the worst experience with Dr Rachel. We were passing though the area so decided to go with this vet due to positive reviews, however they just seem money hungry. My dog gets chronic ear infections and every time I’ve had her checked by other vets they put a solution in her ears that’s stays for a month or they give me take home medicine. Usually when the solution goes in her ears she comes back with wet ears, this time she had dry ears and it looked like nothing was even done. However, I just assumed it would get better.... read more
At every visit to Black Canyon Veterinary my dog and I are greeted with a warm smile. The reception area is neat and tidy. The exam rooms are cleaned after every visit. The technician performs the initial portion of our visit, she gathers information that the Doctor reviews before actual exam begins. The Doctor is thorough and addresses any findings. I am Grateful That I found this Vet Dr. Rachel a year ago for my Beloved European Dobermans. I am looking forward to a brighter future for them and the puppies we produce for the betterment of the breed with Dr. Rachel help. I am long time breeder, learning new things form her and her team. After repeated issues with using their online pharmacy (typically resolved in a reasonably timely manner) today I was informed that the reason my online order (for criticality important seizure preventative medication for my dog) was delayed since last Wednesday 2/13/2026 (today is the 19th) is that they had been seeing "critically important patients in the meantime".
