I have been a patient at the Spring Valley location for four years and have never had an issue like this until now. My doctor has always been excellent, professional, and attentive. This review is specifically about a front desk experience with Desiree. Last week, my original appointment was canceled less than an hour before the scheduled time by her and rescheduled for the following week, which required rearranging my work schedule since I commute about 40 minutes. Love the ladies in the office. Both are very friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They bend over backwards to try and help when they can with issues with authorizations and insurance problems. Everyone has been super accommodating with last minute appointments and the Dr is very friendly as well and listens to concerns.
Dr Barrios is amazing. My kids, wife and I all see him. My kids also see the counselor and he's been great. Front desk receptionist are nice and pleasant to deal with.
The staff is very helpful and friendly,dr. Andrew is my kinda dr. Really glad I have found a staff and dr.that know what their doing.very happy them.
Dr Barrios and his staff, especially Desiree have been extremely helpful to me and my family during a trying time. They have have been really thorough, patient and knowledgeable with my ailing relative and their help has been invaluable. I cannot praise them enough
